Our Favorite Restaurants in Liberty Lake
Hay Jay’s Bistro: 21706 E. Mission Ave, Liberty Lake
If you’re looking for a treat in Liberty Lake, Hay Jay’s Bistro will not disappoint. You’ll get classic American fare with a twist along with a robust selection of craft beer and some beautifully creative cocktails.
If you like eating early, dinner service starts as early as 4 pm. There are three distinct areas with a patio lounge, bar, and formal dining. A diverse menu and reasonable prices mean you’ll get great value without sacrificing the quality of the food on your plate. We’d particularly recommend giving one of their steaks a shot.
Piccolo Artisan Pizza Kitchen: 21718 E. Mission Ave, Liberty Lake
Finding an excellent Italian restaurant is often tough, but Piccolo delivers fully. The traditional brick oven serves up thin-crust pizzas cooked to a turn, and there’s also a decent selection of appetizers and some classic pasta dishes.
Vegetarian and vegan-friendly, Piccolo’s makes a superb choice for date night, an outing with friends, or a family gathering.
Fujiyama: 21801 E. Country Vista Drive, Liberty Lake
This Asian fusion restaurant has now also started serving sushi for an authentic slice of Japan without leaving Liberty Lake.
While the food is first-rate and the portions substantial, it’s the element of fun that sets Fujiyama apart. You’ll be seated around the cooktop so you can watch the chef cook up a storm while you lick your lips waiting for your food to be plated up.
The food does tend to come out a little fatty, so think twice if you’re watching your waistline.
The Well Coffeehouse, Eatery, and Pub: 21980 E. Country Vista Drive, Liberty Lake
Covering a number of bases, The Well is perfect whether you want a leisurely latte, a beer or some top-notch food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at this locally owned pub. It has a friendly, inviting ambiance and some unique furniture that makes for a pleasant change.
